Job summary

Metrobank is seeking an Assets Resolution & Registration Officer to join our Legal and Remedial Services team at The Shops BGC, Taguig City. The role involves handling consolidation, registration, and transfer of foreclosed and owned properties, ensuring accuracy of certificates and supporting documents, and coordinating with BIR and local agencies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience; banking exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 or more than 3 years related experience.
• Banking experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process consolidation, registration and transfer of foreclosed, acquired and sold ROPAs and bank-owned properties.
• Regularizes documentary infirmities / deficiencies of ROPAs.
• Acts as paralegal and liaison officer of the Bank in various Courts and government agencies.
• Coordinates and conducts liaison with BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessors Office and LGUs to facilitate transactions.
