Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines seeks an Assistant Manager - Asset Management Superintendent to oversee reliability and maintenance management within a coal-fired power plant environment. The role covers equipment lifecycle management, asset performance monitoring, and strategic reliability initiatives to ensure cost optimization and long-term efficiency.

The position is based in Calaca, Batangas with a compressed onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management and reliability engineering.
• Background in maintenance strategy and equipment lifecycle management.
• Strong people management and team leadership experience.
• Ability to lead in a technically demanding, plant-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee life cycle cost analysis and equipment lifecycle management.
• Manage work orders and preventive maintenance analysis.
• Monitor asset performance and implement reliability initiatives.
• Lead maintenance planning and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, planning, procurement and finance.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers.
