Qualifications

• Experience in property management, foreclosure, asset recovery, title consolidation, or related real estate operations.
• Knowledge of property registration, tax processing, legal documentation, and government regulatory requirements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for managing relationships with government offices and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end ejectment activities, including preparing notices, coordinating property turnover, occupant clearing, and monitoring case progress.
• Facilitate property title consolidation and tax declaration transfers, ensuring all requirements and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with government agencies for the assessment, processing, and payment of RPT, CGT, and DST.
• Support foreclosure-related activities, including court filings, auction participation, Certificate of Sale processing, and submission of approved documents.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and collaborate with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant end-to-end transactions.
