Job summary

You will partner with global client teams, coach managers, manage delivery quality, and drive growth while upholding EY's standards of integrity and technical excellence.

This role demands seasoned leadership, strong communication in English, and a track record of managing complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA with extensive assurance experience.
• Over 10 years of Assurance experience with well-known firms.
• Experience in Asset Management sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Assurance teams, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Build relationships with key Asset Management clients and drive growth.
• Coach managers, monitor KPIs and ensure risk and quality standards.
• Collaborate with global EY GDS assurance teams and engage with stakeholders.
