Job summary

EY's Global Delivery Services in the Philippines seeks a Senior Manager to lead IT risk management and regulatory initiatives across global clients. You’ll drive IT audits, SOX controls, ERP and cloud transformations while guiding onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will mentor managers and seniors, shape risk-based solutions, and strengthen executive-level client relationships to enable seamless, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT risk, information security or cyber security frameworks (COSO, COBIT, ISO, NIST).
• Experience in IT risk management, IT regulatory compliance, IT audit and IT transformation risk.
• Client-facing experience with cross-functional teams and ability to lead engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large engagements in IT risk management, IT SOX, IT regulatory compliance and cloud/ERP transformations.
• Manage multi-location teams, supervise budgets and ensure timely billing and collections.
• Develop innovative solutions, mentor juniors, and build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
