The role emphasizes leadership, technical assurance expertise, and the ability to grow the Asset Management practice while collaborating with EY teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / CPA / ACCA.
• Approx. 10+ years of Assurance experience with well-known firms.
• International experience (2+ years) is a plus.
• Exposure to Asset Management, Hedge Funds or Private Equity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Assurance team, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
• Grow relationships with key Asset Management clients and support sector strategy.
• Oversee service delivery quality, risk management and KPIs across engagements.
