Job summary

Ubiquity in Iloilo, Philippines seeks an Asset Management Analyst to manage warehousing, stock handling, and asset deployment with accuracy and care. You will ensure inventory is recorded and reconciled, and maintain thorough documentation across the asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities include tagging assets, performing quality checks, preparing inventory reports, and coordinating with IT support for maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working experience in asset management or related field
• Knowledge of asset management principles and practices
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and night shift

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks including receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing and delivering stocks/materials
• Ensure inventory activities are encoded in the system for accurate data
• Assist in physical inventories and reconcile variances
• Tag company assets and supplies
• Verify and conduct quality inspections of assets and supplies
• Prepare accurate inventory reports and implement good warehouse practices
• Collaborate with IT support for asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Maintain documentation of all IT asset management activities
