• XSM Device Management: ensure incidents are addressed within timeframes and assets are connected and mapped correctly.
• XSM Account Management: execute Move/Add/Change/Disposals and maintain accurate account details.
• XSM Meter Management: validate and load meter readings for billing and operational purposes.
• XSM Reporting: produce timely reports for account and billing teams.
• Others: QA monitoring, account inspections, and team collaboration.
