Job summary

Home Invest Realty Ventures Inc. seeks an Inventory Clerk to maintain records of properties, materials, tools, and equipment onsite in Negros Occidental.

You will monitor issuance, storage, and asset custody, and coordinate with project engineers, warehouse staff, and suppliers. Responsibilities include conducting regular inventories, reconciling records, preparing reports, ensuring proper labeling and housekeeping, and assisting audits.

Qualifications

• Graduate in business, logistics, engineering, or construction-related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years experience in inventory, warehouse, or property custodianship in a construction company.
• Knowledgeable in construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory monitoring.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on construction project sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of company properties, materials, tools, equipment, and other assets.
• Monitor issuance, transfer, return, and availability of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile records with stock on hand.
• Receive and inspect delivered materials to ensure completeness and condition.
• Safeguard assets against loss, damage, theft, and unauthorized use.
• Coordinate with project engineers, warehouse staff, supervisors, and suppliers about inventory needs.
• Prepare inventory reports and monitoring sheets.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of warehouse areas.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Assist in asset tagging, tracking, and documentation of equipment.
• Support internal audits and inventory inspections.
• Report damaged or unusable assets to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
