Job summary

J.C. Piñon Construction Inc. is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator in the Philippines to manage and safeguard all company equipment, tools, and warehouse assets.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, monitor inbound and outbound movements, and ensure timely availability of materials. You will support procurement, assist with registrations and compliance, renew certificates and insurance, and coordinate with government agencies and service providers to keep operations compliant

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory, warehouse procedures, and documentation.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Good written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate with different departments.
• Familiarity with business registration processes (BIR, permits, vehicle registration, MARINA, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all equipment, tools, and warehouse assets.
• Secure warehouse assets and implement measures to prevent loss or damage.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and outbound requests with proper documentation.
• Prepare and submit required inventory and operational reports on time.
• Assist in inventory audits and coordinate with Procurement on material requirements.
• Enforce proper warehouse documentation and record-keeping procedures.
• Monitor, process, and coordinate the timely renewal of registrations, permits, certificates, licenses, insurance, and other regulatory requirements for service vehicles, heavy equipment, and marine equipment.
• Maintain a monitoring system for the expiration dates of vehicle, heavy equipment, and marine equipment documents to ensure continuous compliance and prevent operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with government agencies, insurance providers, and accredited service providers regarding equipment and vehicle documentation.
• Canvass and purchase approved items within required timelines.
