Job summary

Canon Business Services Centre Philippines is seeking an accounting professional to manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and reconciliations. You will ensure correct capitalisation, disposals, and asset reporting while supporting audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Role requires ERP experience (PowerBI, D365, TM1, BlackLine) and strong communication. Collaboration with F&A teams and timely approvals for Capex PO are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Professional License (CPA) is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience required.
• Hands-on ERP experience is expected (PowerBI, D365, TM1, BlackLine).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate capitalisation, disposals and asset reporting.
• Assist with audit and compliance requirements including Sarbanes Oxley.
• Ensure Capex PO approvals are on time and queries handled promptly.
• Reconcile monthly activities and escalate material issues to management.
• Coordinate with F&A staff to clear outstanding reconciliations.
• Review and improve processes to prevent issues and document procedures.
