Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Assessment Operations Coordinator for a permanent, hybrid role. The position requires working 3PM–11PM Manila time and overlaps with UK hours, with two days in the office each week.

You will use a range of systems to process critical tasks, generate progress reports, and develop process documentation to support exam delivery.

Qualifications

• Accuracy when handling data within internal systems and when using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience of identifying process improvements plus supporting colleagues to implement those improvements.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to create, review and update compliant documentation.
• Willing to work following UK hours / mid-shift working pattern.
• Flexibility to follow a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

• Using a wide range of systems and processing platforms to complete a variety of documented, business critical processes accurately and within pre-agreed timescales.
• Providing reports on progress and KPIs as required to members of management.
• Creating, reviewing, and updating comprehensive and compliant Process Flows and Work Instructions to support business compliance and ensure process accuracy.
• Identifying ways of developing processes and supporting colleagues in the implementation of improvements.
• Developing an understanding of our internal and external customers, including what their needs are and how they relate to processes the jobholder is responsible for completing.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and key external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our exams.
