Qualifications

• Previous line management experience is essential.
• Advanced Excel capability is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules, timelines, and resources for core functions; anticipate peak periods and ensure coverage.
• Oversee and resolve operational challenges in day-to-day processes within the area of responsibility.
• Own processes including development, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs, timelines, and schedules.
• Review change requirements and ensure accurate dissemination of information in a fast-changing environment under exception processing.
• Align procedures to ensure continuity between teams.
