onsemi is seeking an energetic, highly organized Production Supervisor to oversee the material production area. You will organize teams, assess performance, train, and manage the group to meet production targets in alignment with plans, working with the PE team to drive process improvements.

The role reports to the Manager, Growth and requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize the growth process and procedures.

• Supervise and schedule the activities of a designated shift.
• Advise reports on procedures, problems, and priorities; escalate when needed.
• Demonstrate strong time management to complete duties on time.
• Ensure staff training is completed and SOPs are followed.
• Maintain good organization, prioritization, and safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and schedules the activities of a designated shift, tracking progress against schedules.
• Advises direct reports on procedures and problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Manages time effectively to complete a variety of duties within deadlines.
• Ensures staff training is completed and SOPs are followed.
• Maintains records and communicates updates to planners, buyers, and management.
• Supports safety compliance and continuous improvement within the department.
