Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely achievement of targets. You will organize workflows, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement under the supervision of the Production Manager.

This role requires coordinating with multiple teams, maintaining quality standards, and flexibility to work the Rosario, Cavite location and shift schedules. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of electronic components operation and applications.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural team; assertive, with leadership and teamwork.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Willing to work at Rosario, Cavite and in a shift mode schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily production plans to meet revenue targets and operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process and line efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure the line in compliance to quality system and company rules.
• Assign tasks and ensure that all members receive guidance and support.
