onsemi is seeking a Quality Assurance Production Operator to ensure the quality of production processes and semiconductor products. You will inspect, test, and document findings, support improvements, and handle device loading/unloading with high quality standards.

The role involves executing reliability tests, handling burn-in operations, and maintaining inventory while collaborating with the production team to address quality concerns.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of college education.
• Basic knowledge of processes, materials and equipment used in Manufacturing.
• Read and understand the standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Analytical and with strong qualitative skills.
• With effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in computer applications and can generate reports.

Aufgaben

• Perform loading/unloading of samples for reliability tests in chambers.
• Record transactions in ONRMS to ensure traceability of reliability lots.
• Support assigned tasks, projects and other duties.
• Report laboratory concerns encountered during shifts.
• Attend required training to ensure responsibilities and daily tasks are understood and performed correctly.
• Load devices on burn-in boards and into HTRB, HTGB, HTOL, HAST, THBT/ H3TRB ovens and other biased burn-in processes.
• Maintain and report inventory of burn-in trays, coupon cards, and program cards.
• Perform electrical testing after loading/burn-in.
