Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 6–12 months of lead generation, sales support, or related experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and online research tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho or similar is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Research potential leads, market trends, and target companies via LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and other online platforms.
• Support outbound prospecting through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate lead records, organize pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, company fit, and engagement potential.
• Assist Sales with lead handoffs, meeting coordination, and creation of sales materials and proposals.
• Use CRM systems and outreach tools effectively for lead management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales campaigns and business development.
• Deliver tasks on time with attention to detail and professionalism.
