Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Payroll Specialist – Asia to manage payroll operations across multiple Asian countries from our Manila office. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and timely execution while handling confidential payroll data with utmost discretion.

You will consolidate inputs, perform detailed calculations, support audits, and maintain strong vendor relations. Fluency in English and advanced Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on payroll experience in Asian territories and multinational environments.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, local labor laws, and payroll accounting.
• Strong analytical skills to navigate complex payroll scenarios.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management across remote teams.
• Fluent English and advanced Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and consolidate multi-country payroll inputs across Asia.
• Manage payroll changes, ensuring deadlines and data accuracy.
• Perform detailed payroll calculations, checks, and analysis.
• Oversee shadow payroll and liaise with payroll vendors.
• Maintain internal controls and confidential payroll data integrity.
• Prepare payroll reports for new hires, transfers, and departures.
• Generate on-demand reports and support audits.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries.
