Responsibilities

• Process and consolidate multi-country payroll inputs accurately.
• Manage payroll changes and meet deadlines.
• Perform payroll calculations, checks, and analysis.
• Oversee shadow payroll management.
• Liaise with payroll vendors and ensure secure data exchange.
• Maintain internal controls for payroll compliance.
• Track internal company loans and payroll-related data.
• Generate payroll reports for new hires, transfers and exits.
• Create on-demand reports from payroll databases and support audits.
• Support payslip generation in Workday and data reconciliation.
• Document and maintain up-to-date payroll processes and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of payroll information.
