Qualifications

• Minimum four years in Learning/Organisational Development roles.
• Proven instructional design and e-learning experience; LMS management.
• Experience delivering induction and compliance training across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop impactful learning experiences aligned to learner needs.
• Deliver and facilitate programs in-person and virtual; ensure transfer of knowledge.
• Oversee LMS regionally; manage reporting and analytics to demonstrate impact.
