Job summary

Concentrix Philippines in Metro Manila is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with BI/Reporting to lead an greenfield renewals program onsite at Bridgetowne. You will design the renewal lifecycle, own reporting used by leadership, and integrate data from multiple CRMs.

The role requires ADM-201 certification, 2+ years Salesforce admin experience (Service Cloud preferred), expert Flow Builder, and strong Excel/Sheets skills. Bonus if you know CRM Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Service Cloud preferred).
• ADM-201 Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
• Expert in Flow Builder (not limited to Workflow/Process Builder).
• Proven track record in advanced Salesforce reporting and SOQL.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
• Plus: CRM Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or SaaS Renewals experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end renewal processes with custom objects and flows.
• Own Case Management: queues, assignment, escalation, lifecycle, status management.
• Lead data consolidation from 3 CRMs: data cleanup, deduplication, migration using Data Loader / Import Wizard.
• User, role, profile, and permission management.
• Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for Renewals leadership; queue health, at-risk renewals, on-time booking.
• Use SOQL and data analysis to provide renewal insights and improve data quality.
• Define and track key renewal metrics; integrate CRM Analytics tools as needed.

Overview:

We are building the Renewals Operations program from the ground up. This is a greenfield build. You will architect the case-based renewal lifecycle and own the reporting that leadership uses to run the business.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Salesforce Administration (Core)

• Design and build the end-to-end renewal process: custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, Flows

• Own Case Management: case queues, assignment rules, escalation rules, lifecycle and status management

• Lead data consolidation from 3 CRMs: data cleanup, deduplication, migration using Data Loader / Import Wizard

• User, role, profile, and permission management

B. BI / Reporting & Analytics (The BI part)

• Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards for Renewals leadership: queue health, at-risk renewals, on-time booking

• Use SOQL and data analysis to provide renewal insights and improve data quality

• Define and track key renewal metrics

• Nice to have: Experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) or connecting Salesforce to Power BI / Tableau
