Teamified is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of Asana and PaperCut implementations. You will coordinate between reseller partners, end customers, and internal delivery teams to maintain momentum and clear communication.

You will collaborate with the Data & Workflow Automation Specialist to ensure data flows between Asana, Odoo, CRM, and automation tools, delivering a professional partner experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of Asana and PaperCut implementations from setup to completion.

• Maintain project updates, client communications, and documentation for transparency.
• Escalate risks early to ensure proactive mitigation.
