Formación

• Excellent English communication skills.
• College degree in IT or business-related field.
• Experience with graphic design (Adobe Suite or CorelDRAW is an advantage).
• Call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Data encoding or data entry experience preferred.
• Proficient with relevant software packages.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.

What You’ll Do

• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using order management systems
• Pick items from inventory according to order specifications
• Pack items securely and appropriately for safe transit to shipping carriers
• Verify accuracy of orders prior to shipment to minimize errors and returns
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Assist in artwork-related tasks such as editing, formatting, and preparing digital files for printing
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork meets brand standards and customer expectations
• Maintain organized work area and inventory storage to facilitate smooth order processing
• Communicate effectively with team members to address any order or artwork-related issues promptly
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding order processing, artwork creation, and quality control

What We’re Looking For
