Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking an experienced artwork management specialist to support Bayer Consumer Health's design and packaging processes in the Philippines. You will prepare prepress layouts, ensure compliance with brand guidelines, and steward master assets from concept to print-ready files.

You will collaborate with design and commercial teams, apply Pantone and spot colors, and drive digital artwork workflows across PLM/Artwork Management systems while upholding regulatory requirements and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (design, graphic communications, or print technologies) or comparable experience.
2–3 years of artwork management experience in OTC/Pharmaceuticals or FMCG packaging.
Knowledge of flexography, rotogravure, offset, and dry offset printing.
Experience prepress layout prep using spot colors and Pantone.
A proactive, detail‑oriented and team‑minded attitude.
Strong understanding of artwork workflow and processes.
Good interpersonal skills and customer focus.
Proactive planning, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
Excellent design sensibilities.

Responsibilities

Prepare prepress layouts for packaging, including live trapping, editing, imposition, and output.
Demonstrate knowledge of layout rules, typography, and text culture.
Deliver expertise and consultancy to commercial teams and Design for Brand redesigns and Master Artwork Development.
Act as guardian of Brand Packaging Guidelines and master assets such as logos and typefaces.
Support the design manager in developing concepts and design iterations; review artworks for design intent, regulatory compliance, and guidelines.
Steer the design process with technical recommendations for final print packaging and innovative solutions.
Ensure printability and execution of final packaging by managing pre-press procedures and color standards.
Align and implement sustainability objectives with respect to artwork management.
Drive artwork operations through digital implementation: Artwork Management system, PLM System, Analytics, AI.
