Job summary

EuroAsia Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional for regulatory affairs and packaging artwork management at our Quezon City site.

The role oversees end-to-end development, proofreading, and approvals for packaging artwork, product images, and regulatory content across Rx, OTC, nutraceutical, and cosmetic lines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in regulatory affairs or brand management, strong knowledge of FDA/GS1/IPOPHL guidelines, and proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• At least five (5) years in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, packaging artwork, or brand management.
• Knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations, GS1, IPOPHIL, packaging development, artwork approvals, and product commercialization.
• Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of website content management and digital asset management.
• Strong proofreading, communication, and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development, proofreading, approval, and release of packaging artwork, product shots, website product content, and regulatory deliverables for Rx/OTC/nutraceutical/cosmetic products.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, GS1 standards, IPOPHIL requirements, and branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments, printers, suppliers, and manufacturers through artwork approval and product launches.
• Develop, revise, proofread, and maintain packaging artwork, website content, digital assets, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain product databases and artwork files while supporting quality control, launches, and process improvements.
