Job summary

Stratworks is seeking an AI Engineer to drive smarter, data-driven marketing through AI, automation, analytics, dashboards, SEO, and Omnisearch. You will work with Digital, PR, and Content teams to strengthen brand visibility across search platforms and AI powered channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years in AI, analytics, automation, or marketing technology, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field used to qualify applicants.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI, analytics, automation, SEO, or marketing technology.
• Agency experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to use AI across agency operations and client work.
• Build and maintain AI powered workflows, automations, and tools.
• Explore new AI solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
• Support teams in integrating AI into research, reporting, content, and marketing processes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various platforms.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key business and campaign metrics.
• Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor website performance, search rankings, and organic traffic.
• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Track brand visibility across Omnisearch, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI search platforms.
• Develop reports and insights to improve search performance and discoverability.
• Work with Digital, PR, and Content teams to strengthen brand presence across search channels.
• Stay updated on AI, analytics, SEO, and marketing technology trends.
• Recommend solutions that improve productivity and reporting.
• Document best practices and provide AI training when needed.
