Qualifications

• Extensive background in design or creative direction with a strong portfolio.
• High-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools and deep understanding of layout, typography, and color theory across digital and print.
• Proven experience mentoring junior talent and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals for client pitches and internal brainstorms.

Responsibilities

• Directs the visual execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring outputs align with brand tone and messaging.
