Job summary

A confidential Manila-based creative studio is seeking an Art Director to own the visual direction and creative quality of its campaigns, e-commerce content, and social assets for regional brand partners. You will lead a small design team, mentor designers and freelancers, develop mood boards and key visuals, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to deliver on-brand work on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field.
• 3–5 years of agency or design studio experience, prior Sr. Digital Designer or Jr. Art Director.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign execution across static, animated, and mobile formats.
• Experience leading a team of designers and managing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall visual direction and creative quality across campaigns and assets.
• Create mood boards and idea slides for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead visual direction for Key Visuals, banners, PDPs, and social assets.
• Mentor immediate team and freelancers, ensuring high output quality.
• Coordinate with cross‑department partners to deliver on brand and timing.
• Conduct trend research and report on design/branding/UX/UI developments.
