Job summary

Maker Lab is seeking an Art Director to lead visually compelling campaigns and maintain brand identity across channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver end-to-end creative solutions for digital and offline media.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience, a sharp portfolio, and strong communication skills to drive innovative ideas in a fast-paced environment while upholding brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience creating and executing impactful visual campaigns.
• Portfolio demonstrating compelling visuals and integration with campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand visual identity and maintaining consistency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, able to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Strong project management with independent timelines.
• Experience in digital and offline creative execution across touchpoints.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another Asian language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and drive innovative campaign ideas with creatives.
• Develop visuals and mastheads aligned with brand design and identity.
• Maintain brand identity across channels and touchpoints.
• Develop campaign concepts per marketing plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and requirements.
• Produce key visuals, mastheads, artwork, and video supers for multiple media.
• Support agencies in executing visuals and mastheads.
• Deliver creatives for digital and offline media, including swag.
• Ensure quality control of partner brand work against guidelines.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across teams independently.
• Identify risks and mitigate for successful campaigns.
• Ideate and execute end-to-end ideas in a fast-paced environment.
