Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, store standards, and merchandising guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, and customer experience.
• Track and analyze sales performance across stores, identifying growth opportunities.
• Work with store managers to set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare operational and sales reports for senior management.
• Ensure stores comply with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational issues
