Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related field.
Willingness to travel outside Metro Manila.
Must know how to drive and have valid driving license.
Strong in sales planning, forecasting operations, data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

Continuously transform sales operations to align TMP targets with dealer achievements.
Establish and propose programs to improve sales performance and processes.
Identify and implement Jishuken activities to level-up dealer performance.
Assess dealer activities to identify sales gaps and propose improvements.
Identify root causes of sales gaps through data and on-ground assessment.
Recommend and drive initiatives to enhance dealer performance and efficiency.
