Job summary

Sperry Philippines is seeking a Store Operations Supervisor responsible for attaining sales quotas across assigned areas while ensuring efficient manpower and assets management. You will lead training, scheduling, evaluation, and store visits to strengthen market presence.

Responsibilities include coordinating with brand teams on targets, maintaining excellent customer service, and implementing company policies to optimize merchandising, inventory, and image across Metro Manila stores.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 years retail supervisor experience
• Knowledge in store operations, merchandising, visual merchandising and inventory management
• Proven performance in store operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and passionate attitude toward work
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Metro Manila

Responsibilities

• Formulates strategies to achieve the team's monthly quota.
• Submits periodic reports to the Store Operations Manager.
• Analyzes problems and provides effective solutions.
• Conducts store visits and assesses competitors and market.
• Maintains excellent standard of customer service.
• Collaborates with brand coordinators on targets and merchandising.
• Oversees manpower planning, hiring, training and evaluation.
• Monitors staff schedules and performance; initiates promotions as needed.
• Ensures proper control systems for inventories and assets.
• Maintains store image in line with company standards.
• Liaises with mall leasing and external suppliers as required.
