The role involves implementing store sales strategies, analyzing sales issues, delivering excellent customer service, coordinating with brand coordinators on merchandise, and reporting stock movement and feedback. Daily pep talks motivate staff to meet targets and uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course? (documented academic record required)
• Minimum 3 years experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
• Analytical with strong problem-solving and feedback management
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong people management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Pleasant and positive demeanor in a customer-facing role

Responsibilities

• Execute store sales strategies to meet brand-specific targets per store
• Analyze issues affecting sales and propose effective solutions
• Perform customer service and administrative tasks in a store setting
• Coordinate with brand coordinators on merchandise requests and stock movement reports
• Oversee actual selling and customer interactions
• Lead daily pep talks to motivate sales staff toward targets
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards
• Oversee store operations and store personnel
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports with retail/concession teams
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by immediate head
