Job summary

SM APPLIANCE (STAR APPLIANCE CENTER, INC.) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor in the Philippines. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service and strong visuals.

You will lead a team, ensure targets are met through scheduling and merchandising, and coordinate with regional and head office to implement policies. Previous retail supervision experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a retail store supervisor or management role.
• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Adaptable to changes in the retail environment and able to implement new strategies and technologies.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Ensure the store meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective scheduling and merchandising.
• Monitor store cleanliness, product displays, and visual presentation to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Lead and coach sales associates to improve skills and performance.
• Collaborate with regional and head office teams to implement company policies and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance store efficiency and profitability.
