You will train frontline staff, provide coaching, coordinate with country sales and marketing campaigns, conduct audits, monitor performance, and liaise with operations to meet pick‑up times and service standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in retail sales and outlet management.
• Strong leadership, coaching and frontline training abilities.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales processes and market awareness.
• Degree in Business or Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive cash sales growth by managing retail outlets within a designated area.
• Identify customer needs and deliver solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Train and coach frontline staff to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with country sales and marketing campaigns at POS.
• Conduct retail audits, track performance and implement guidelines.
• Ensure timely pickups and on-time deliveries in collaboration with operations.
• Source and manage local contractors and outsourced staff for store operations.
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend counter-strategies.
