Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking a seasoned Branch Operations Manager to supervise marketing activities, branch collections, cash handling, inventory control, and store policy compliance across multiple branches. You will drive performance reviews, action plans, and timely reporting to the Head Office.

The role requires 5–10 years supervisory experience in a related financial/motorcycle business, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration major in Management, Marketing and related courses.
• High proficiency in MS Office Applications and other desktop utilities.
• Minimum of 5-10 years working experience, with 3 years extensive supervisory/managerial experience in motorcycle-related business, lending/financing or similar financial institution.
• Working knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Credit & Collection, Cash Handling and Inventory Management.
• Knows how to drive vehicle and motorcycle with valid Driver’s License (Restriction code 1 & 2).
• Honest, trustworthy with high integrity and good leadership ability.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere / relocated; willing to work shifting schedule / weekends.

Responsabilités

• Check and monitor the implementation of marketing activities across branches to ensure continuous inquiries and applicants for sales targets.
• Monitor updates to the Sales & Inquiry Logbook to ensure branches follow up on inquiries and generate credit applicants.
• Oversee branch collection performance and related reports (PAR, past due, etc.).
• Supervise branch cash handling, petty cash, stocks, and inventory records.
• Ensure Store appearance and policy compliance; address branch concerns promptly.
• Lead monthly Store Manager’s Meetings for performance review and action plans.
• Coordinate regular Marketing Assistant’s and Cashier’s meetings to boost sales and follow-up.
