Job summary

HR Primo Management Services is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple pawnshop branches, driving efficiency, compliance, and profitability. You will monitor daily operations, enforce controls, and support branch leadership.

The role focuses on improving branch performance, developing teams, and coordinating with head office to ensure consistent service quality across all locations. Willingness to travel regularly is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in branch operations, retail finance, or pawnshop services.
• Prior Supervisory Experience In Multi-branch Management Is Required.
• Experience in pawnshop, retail banking, or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Knowledge of operational controls, cash handling, and compliance standards.
• Training in operations management, compliance, or leadership is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Willing to travel regulary to assigned branches.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of operational targets across lending, appraisal, redemption, and sales activities.
• Conduct regular branch visits and performance evaluations.
