You will partner with local teams to ensure compelling guest experiences while supporting business objectives and brand consistency in all marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, property, or lifestyle destinations.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience in event planning, promotions, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement local marketing campaigns and promotions to boost foot traffic and sales.
• Coordinate and execute events, activations, and community initiatives.
