Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to support project sales and brand objectives

• Plan and execute marketing activities such as property launches, open houses, broker events, and promotional initiatives

• Collaborate closely with sales teams, brokers, and external partners to ensure effective campaign execution and achievement of sales targets

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels

• Manage and enhance digital platforms, including social media, websites, and property portals, through engaging content

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient implementation of marketing activities

• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field

• Experience or internship in real estate marketing, project sales, or digital marketing is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop engaging marketing content

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and basic graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva) is an advantage
