Job summary

CreditAccess Philippines Financing Company, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee field operations, set up branches in municipalities, and drive business plan targets across multiple branches.

You will manage at least five branches, lead a team of 25, and ensure recruitment, collections, fraud prevention, and effective client service in a decentralized network.

Qualifications

• University degree (at least 4 years) is required.
• Minimum five years in microfinance, rural banks, or similar industries.
• Experience managing a team of at least 25 people.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

AREA MANAGER

Position Summary:

The Area Manager oversees all field operation activities including setting up of branches in the Municipality, meeting the business plan targets, and acting as the organisation's representative at the Area level. Manage operations of at least five (5) branches in several municipalities

Duties:

• Plans, implements, monitor and evaluates area-specific strategies to achieve Area targets including but not limited to recruitment of clients, collection, recovery management, branch expansion, account management and fraud prevention.

Qualifications:

• University Graduate (at least 4 year course)
• At least five years work experience from MicroFinance, Rural Banks or similar industry
• Manage a team of at least 25 headcount
• Good mathematical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; effective written and verbal communication skills.
