Job summary

Vismotor Corporation in Samar region seeks an Area Manager for Sales & Operations to oversee multiple branches, drive sales growth, and ensure profitability. You will lead branch teams, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires travel within the Samar area, strong leadership, and experience in operational management, preferably in retail or dealership environments. A valid driver's license is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder; Management or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• At least 2 years of operational management experience, preferably in retail, motorcycle dealership, or food chain industry.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to conduct frequent branch visits and travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operational performance of multiple branches.
• Drive achievement of sales, parts, service, and repo targets.
• Monitor branch profitability, market share, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.
• Ensure proper inventory management and minimize aging/damaged inventory.
• Monitor workshop productivity and service income.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and audit requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to improve performance and retention.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular branch visits and address operational issues.
