Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-site retail operations across the Philippines. You will supervise Store Managers, oversee recruitment, training, and performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regional directives.

Candidate should have 5+ years in retail or multi-site environments, strong KPI and budget experience, and willingness to travel across deployment areas. The role requires coordinating with regional offices and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail, fast food, or similar multi-site operations.
• Strong people leadership with 3+ years of experience managing store managers and teams.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and performance monitoring.
• Experience overseeing multiple store operations and supporting new store openings.
• Ability to analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and drive business results.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to ensure operational consistency and high standards across multiple locations.
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement in sales, productivity, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits, review operational performance, and discuss findings with Store Managers.

• Facilitate communication and documentation between stores and regional office.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business conditions within the area.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and staffing of store personnel.
• Train and develop Store Managers and oversee store-level training programs.
• Manage leave schedules of Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers.
• Recommend Store Manager candidates and provide staffing recommendations to management.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
