Job summary

AJS Pharma Inc. is seeking an Area Lead to oversee operational performance, sales growth, customer experience, and compliance across assigned branches in the Makati area.

You will coach Store Supervisors to ensure execution of company standards and drive territory profitability. Responsibilities include managing inventory health, branch audits, performance reporting, and coordinating with Supply Chain and Head Office.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail operations management, multi-store supervision, and area management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees sales and performance of assigned branches to achieve sales targets, profitability, and KPIs.
• Monitors inventory health, stock levels, expiry risk, and product availability across branches.
• Ensures high standards of customer service and patient experience across all branches.
• Leads, coaches, and develops Store Supervisors and branch teams on leadership and execution.
• Supports branch expansion, pre-opening readiness, and smooth transition to stable daily operations.
• Prepares operational reviews, branch performance reports, and territory updates for Management.
