Job summary

AJS Pharma, Inc. seeks a seasoned professional to lead daily retail pharmacy operations in Metro Manila. You will manage people, inventory, customer service, and regulatory compliance to ensure top performance.

As a leader, you will coach pharmacists and staff, drive sales, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with Head Office on business initiatives, ensuring SOPs are followed and standards maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Registered Pharmacist preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail pharmacy or drugstore ops.
• Experience supervising pharmacy teams.
• Strong background in operations, management, inventory, merchandising, customer service, leadership and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.
• Lead, coach, and develop pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, and Brand Ambassadors.
• Drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, and pharmacy regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and product availability.
• Review store reports, KPIs, and performance.
• Maintain SOPs and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and support process improvements.
• Coordinate with Head Office on store operations and business initiatives.
