Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee area-level operations across Instant Fulfillment Centers in Rizal. You will drive KPI performance, optimize capacity, and ensure service quality to meet customer expectations.

You will also lead manpower planning and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve dependencies and implement sustainable improvements. The role requires hands-on analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and travel within Rizal to ensure consistent

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail chain Operations.
• Strong operational and business acumen with experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, TAT, quality, and cost.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning experience across multiple teams or operational sites.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume operations.
• Amenable to travel anywhere within Rizal.

• Drive Instant Fulfillment Center performance and operational KPIs, identifying trends and actions to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
• Lead manpower planning and team productivity, ensuring optimal resource allocation aligned with business volume and operational requirements.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, and service quality, ensuring performance remains aligned with customer and business expectations.
• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports, providing actionable insights for performance reviews and business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, timely execution, and resolution of critical dependencies.
• Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions, ensuring timely closure, sustainable improvements, and prevention of recurring issues.
