Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee area-level operations across Instant Fulfillment Centers in Rizal. You will ensure consistent execution, capacity, and performance, while driving KPIs and service levels and leading manpower planning.

The role requires strong Excel skills, KPI management, cross-functional collaboration with vendors, and the ability to analyze data to support performance reviews and decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail operations.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and cost.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and MIS reporting.
• Experience leading multiple teams or sites.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management.
• Root-cause analysis and process improvement experience.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills; able to handle high-volume operations.
• Willingness to travel within Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor area-level operations, ensuring consistent execution, capacity, and performance across all assigned Instant Fulfillment Center.
• Drive Instant Fulfillment Center performance and operational KPIs, identifying trends and actions to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
• Lead manpower planning and team productivity, ensuring optimal resource allocation aligned with business volume and operational requirements.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, and service quality, ensuring performance remains aligned with customer and business expectations.
• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports, providing actionable insights for performance reviews and business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, timely execution, and resolution of critical dependencies.
• Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions, ensuring timely closure, sustainable improvements, and prevention of recurring issues.
