SPX Express in the Philippines is hiring for an Operations Leader to manage area-level fulfillment operations and drive performance against KPIs. You will supervise manpower planning, ensure service levels, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve dependencies and optimize resources.

The role requires 4+ years in operations, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership across multiple sites.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Operations or related fields.
• Strong KPI, SLA, productivity, TAT, quality, and cost management.
• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning across multiple teams.
• Vendor and stakeholder management for cross-functional execution.
• Root-cause analysis and sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within Northern Luzon.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor area-level operations, ensuring consistent execution, capacity, and performance across all assigned Instant Fulfillment Center.
• Drive Instant Fulfillment Center performance and operational KPIs, identifying trends and actions to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
• Lead manpower planning and team productivity, ensuring optimal resource allocation aligned with business volume and operational requirements.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, and service quality, ensuring performance remains aligned with customer and business expectations.
• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports, providing actionable insights for performance reviews and business decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, timely execution, and resolution of critical dependencies.
• Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions, ensuring timely closure, sustainable improvements, and prevention of recurring issues.

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning experience across multiple teams or operational sites.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume operations.
• Amenable to travel anywhere within Northern Luzon.
