United Coconut Planters Life Assurance Corp (Cocolife) is seeking an Area Head – Sales Management & Recruitment for the Northwest region. You will plan, direct, and oversee a team of Sales Agents and Financial Advisors to achieve Initial, First-Year, and Renewal Premium targets while driving recruitment and workforce growth in line with the company plan.

Travel is required within Dagupan, Tarlac, and Pampanga; HOME-BASED is in Baguio.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing Management role within the insurance or related industry
• Experience in recruitment and training is an advantage
• Willing to travel within the Northwest areas (Dagupan, Tarlac, and Pampanga); HOME-BASED is BAGUIO
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficient

The role ensures the achievement of sales targets, including Initial, First-Year, and Renewal Premiums, while driving recruitment and manpower growth in line with the company's operating plans.
