Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking an Insurance Recruitment Officer to recruit and onboard life insurance agents. Location is San Fernando, Pampanga with onsite (dayshift) work setup. Salary to be discussed.

The role requires developing strategies to attract agents, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding to ensure agent success. Onsite work in North/Central Luzon will be involved.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agent recruitment for life insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with agents.
• Willingness to travel to North and Central Luzon.
