Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an Area Coordinator to ensure accurate and efficient cashiering operations at all times. You will assist the Store Supervisor in overall store operations, and you will sell to and attend to customers’ needs as necessary.

Core duties include preparing invoices for branch transactions, verifying prices, balancing cash and card receipts, depositing daily sales, monitoring payments, and transmitting cashier reports to head office.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least College/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Business Management or any related course.
• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience required

• Willing to be deployed as Area Coordinator around CDO Area.

Responsibilities

• Prepares invoice for all types of branch transactions following procedures as prescribed by Finance Division.
• Double-checks and ensures price is correct.
• Ensures cash/card transaction receipts are accurate.
• Implements, monitors and safe keeps change fund issued by Finance Division.
• Prepares End of Day Cashier’s Report and balances with cash on hand and receipts.
• Deposits daily sales to the bank and transmits cashier reports to head office.
• Monitors and processes other payments according to policies and procedures.
• Ensures proper discounts are issued per transaction type.
• Maintains deposit slips and passbooks and ensures daily deposits.
• Accountable for shortages or overages.
